Dave Davis

Dave Davis is the Chief Estimator at Outsourcedestimating.com and has over 30 years of experience in the commercial, multi-family and residential construction industries. One of the things that sets him apart from other professional estimators is Mr. Davis' extensive field experience.  Prior to transitioning to estimating and pre-construction services, Mr. Davis spent a number of years as a commercial carpenter before he began running work in the field as an  Assistant Superintendent, Superintendent and then a Project Manager.  This time in the field is key to the success that Mr. Davis has experienced in his career.

Prior to starting Outsourcedestimating.com, Mr. Davis spent most of his corporate career as the Vice President of Purchasing for a top ten national homebuilder and developer in the Washington D.C. area.  In addition, he previously served as the Vice President of Pre-Construction Services for a mid sized general contractor.

Mr. Davis has an M.B.A. as well as additional hours towards his doctorate in International Business.
