Unique Projects
One of my clients asked me the other day "What is the most unique project that you have ever worked on?" While we have provided freelance construction estimating services on a wide variety of commercial, industrial, multi-family and residential projects world wide, the most unique project to date was the expansion and conversion of an existing warehouse into a medical marijuana "grow house" in Washington State, where medical marijuana is legal. In addition, to growing the product on site, it was also processed there as well. Other than increased HVAC and electrical demands, the building was just like many other commercial and industrial building with offices, bathrooms, shipping and receiving areas, common areas and was fully compliant with applicable ADA requirements. This one was truly a unique project.
